Terms and Conditions of the Twitter Competition

These terms and conditions ("the Terms") set out important information regarding your rights, obligations and the restrictions that apply when you enter the “Five people win free merchandise” prize draw (“the Prize Draw”) by replying to a social media call out from Tommy Innit by liking and replying to his tweet. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms.

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Innit Inc Ltd a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 12438834 and whose registered office is at 15 Beck Street, Nottingham, England, NG1 1EQ (“Innit Inc” or ”We”).

Details of the Prize Draw are displayed on Innit Inc's website www.tommyinnit.io either the web or mobile application ("Prize Draw Notice") and are incorporated into the Terms. In the event of differences between these Terms and the Prize Draw Notice, these Terms shall prevail.

Qualifying Entrants

Entrants can enter from across the world but must be over the age of 16.

Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Innit Inc or any company involved in the Prize Draw including, if relevant, any advertising agency or website development company connected with the Prize Draw or any subsidiary or associated companies of the same, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Innit Inc reserves the right not to award the Prize Experience (and to select an alternative winner) if Innit Inc is aware or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a winner is not eligible for these reasons.

By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Innit Inc reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify an entrant for submitting false information.

The information you provide with your Prize Draw entry will be used in respect of prize fulfilment so please make sure this is correct. The Prize Draw is only open to those with internet or mobile applications.

Innit Inc reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is not eligible or has otherwise breached any of the Terms.

In the event that a Prize Draw winner is subsequently disqualified from the Prize Draw for any reason, Innit Inc, in its sole discretion, may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected in accordance with the Prize Draw criteria.

Prize Draw Entries - Twitter Competition

You may only enter the Prize Draw once by clicking or retweeting Tommy Innit's relevant Tweet. Where Innit Inc discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that any entrant has used any software or automated process to enter the Prize Draw or to make bulk likes or retweets from numerous accounts, Innit Inc may exclude such entries and disqualify the entrant from the Prize Draw.

To become eligible to win the Prize Draw you must like or retweet Tommy Innit's social media call (Tweet only) out which must be received during the period commencing 7:00pm Wednesday 30th March 2022 and expiring at 7pm Wednesday 6th April 2022 (the Submission Period”). Entries must be submitted within the Submission Period, all entries made after this time will not be counted.

Prize Draw Entries - TikTok Competition

You may only enter the Prize Draw once by clicking and tagging one friend in Tommy Innit's relevant TikTok. Where Innit Inc discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that any entrant has used any software or automated process to enter the Prize Draw or to make bulk likes or retweets from numerous accounts, Innit Inc may exclude such entries and disqualify the entrant from the Prize Draw.

To become eligible to win the Prize Draw you must like Tommy Innit's social media call (TikTok only) out which must be received during the period commencing 7:00pm Friday 1st April 2022 and expiring at 7pm Wednesday 6th April 2022 (the Submission Period”). Entries must be submitted within the Submission Period, all entries made after this time will not be counted.

Prize Draw Entries - Twitter & TikTok competition

The winning entrant from all eligible entries will be selected at random within five (5) days of the end of the Submission Period. The winning entrant will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

There is no minimum or maximum number of entrants for the Prize Draw. Entrants agree that if selected as the winning entrants they will be notified by Innit Inc via the social media account they used when entering the Prize Draw and when contacted by Innit Inc agree to supply their name and relevant details for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winning entrant.

If Innit Inc is unable to contact the winning entrant using the contact phone number or email address provided within twenty four (24) hours of Innit Inc's initial attempt to contact the winning entrant we may disqualify such entrant and select another winning entrant. Claims for the Prize Draw must be made in the manner and within the time specified in these Terms.

Innit Inc reserves the right, where necessary to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including without limitation to require further verification as to the identity, age, consent or other relevant details of the entrants. Where no such written proof is supplied, or the entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria, Innit Inc may disqualify the entrant.

Prize Draw entries must be made in the manner and during the Submission Period as set out above. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry. We reserve the right to reject and or disqualify any entry in our sole discretion including without limitation for a breach of these Terms.

There is no charge to enter the Prize Draw. However, standard mobile data and internet connection charges may apply.

Innit Inc cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of server functions, technical issues, virus, bugs or other causes outside Innit Inc's control.

In the event you are the winner you undertake that you shall not unless authorised in writing by Innit Inc at any time hereafter make any statement or disclosure or supply any information or photographs to any person firm or corporate body or to the public relating to the Prize Draw or to any matter arising hereunder including but not limited to announcing the result of the Prize Draw on any media whatsoever.

The winner will be asked to confirm that they will not post on social media platforms portraying Innit Inc or the Prize Draw in a negative, disparaging or unsavoury manner (as determined by Innit Inc ). If there are any issues with the Prize Draw or any aspects of the Prize Draw these should be brought to the attention of Innit Inc's representative for resolution. Any individuals seen to be contravening this may be disqualified from the Prize Draw and/or their entitlement to the Merchandise Giveaway may be forfeited.

By accepting the Merchandise Giveaway, the winner agrees to adhere to reasonable instructions from Innit Inc's representatives.

Innit Inc accepts no liability for any failure to perform their obligations arising from internet connectivity issues, force majeure, labour disputes, strikes or lock outs or any other cause beyond the control of Innit Inc or the Merchandise Giveaway fulfilment carrier.

Your entry and any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You warrant that your entry and all information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. In addition, you warrant that you have permission to use or feature any people, content or other material contained within your entry. Innit Inc reserves the right to screen, filter and/or monitor entries for this purpose.

Innit Inc cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting the Merchandise Giveaway. Innit Inc is not responsible for any technical issues in relation to any telecommunications or internet network (including in relation to speed or bandwidth), including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude Innit Inc's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

Entrants agree that by entering the Prize Draw their personal details will be stored and otherwise processed by us for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and subsequent Merchandise Giveaway. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Innit Inc for a reasonable period after the Prize Draw closes to assist Innit Inc to operate the Prize Draw in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and entrants irrevocably agree that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Innit Inc and not to Twitter and that Twitter has no liability for any element of this Prize Draw.

By participating in this Prize Draw, to the extent permissible by law, you, the entrant, hereby release Twitter from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to your participation in the Prize Draw.

The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Tik Tok. You understand that you are providing your information to Innit Inc and not to Tik Tok and that Tik Tok has no liability for any element of this Prize Draw.

By participating in this Prize Draw, to the extent permissible by law, you, the entrant, hereby release Tik Tok from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to your participation in the Prize Draw.

Innit Inc has a Contributor Privacy Policy which sets out how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal data. You confirm that you have read the Contributor Privacy Policy and you understand how we collect, store, use and disclose your personal data. Innit Inc wishes to ensure that the information we hold remains as accurate as possible and may therefore require you to update your personal data at any time. You shall in any event inform the Innit Inc of any changes to your personal data and may review and update the data on reasonable notice to Innit Inc.
